Flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport? Here is how airport pickup and travel to our lot works.
Getting From the Terminal to Pickup
If you selected airport parking pickup, your vehicle is placed in an approved AUS parking area — no rental counter line needed:
- Exit the terminal at Baggage Claim (lower level).
- Head to the Red Garage, about 5 minutes on foot — vehicles are usually parked in the Short Term Lot on the 3rd floor.
- Find your vehicle using the remote-access or key-retrieval instructions we send before you arrive.
If you didn't select delivery, you'll pick up your vehicle at our lot instead (about 15 minutes from AUS) — head to the Red Garage rideshare/taxi area and order an Uber or Lyft there; we'll send the exact lot address before you arrive.
We do not ask renters to meet at the terminal curb. Airport pickup uses confirmed parking or lot instructions sent before your rental.
