If airport parking pickup is arranged, Bat City Rentals will send the parking lot, row, space number, and key or remote-access instructions before arrival. Vehicles are often placed in the Short Term Lot on the 3rd floor of the Red Garage at AUS. Renters are responsible for airport parking costs.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?

You need a valid, unexpired government-issued driver's license, a major credit card that matches the license name, full coverage auto insurance with a $500 deductible, and a $300 security deposit. Bat City Rentals requires renters to be at least 21.

What should I know about mileage, fuel, and returns?

Most vehicles include 200 miles per rental day. Extra mileage is billed at $0.38 per mile. Gas vehicles should return with a full tank, and electric vehicles should return with at least an 80% charge. For full details, review our rental policies page.
